Environmental Policy

ANGGUN KITAR RESOURCES SDN BHD & ANGGUN KITAR MELAKA SDN BHD is committed to providing good Recycling of waste oils and other related scheduled waste services to our customers by:
  • Committing to protect the environment and prevent pollution caused by our activities;
  • Complying with all compliance obligations and applicable requirements;
  • Complying with requirements and continuously improve of our processes, and Environmental Management Systems.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

ANGGUN KITAR (MELAKA) SDN BHD are committed to providing good re-cycling of waste oils and other related scheduled waste-s services to our customers by:
  • Committing to provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health;
  • Conducting operations in accordance with all the applicable legal requirements, and other requirements;
  • Committing to eliminate hazards and reduce OH&S risks;
  • Committing to consultation and participation of workers and workers’ representatives;
  • Committing to continual improvement of the OH&S management system.

Confidential Policy

Anggun Kitar Resources Sdn Bhd is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information obtained or created during laboratory activities, in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
  • All personnel must ensure that client information, test results, and proprietary data are kept confidential and used inly for their intended purpose.
  • Access to confidential information is restricted to authorized personnel, and any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure is strictly prohibited.
  • Employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon hiring and must adhere to this policy at all times. Breaches of confidentiality will result in disciplinary action.
  • Regular training will be provided to ensure all personnel understand the importance of confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

This policy will be reviewed annually or as necessary to ensure continued compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Laboratoty Quality Objectives for Anggun Kitar Resources Sdn Bhd

1.Turnaround Time (TAT)

  • Objective: Complete 100% of all samples analyses within 7 working days from the receipt of the sample.
  • Metric: Percentage of analyses completed within the target timeframe.
  • Target: 100%
  • Monitoring Frequency: Monthly

 

2.Customer Satisfaction

  • Objective: Achieve zero customer complaints related to service quality within the year.
  • Metric: Number of customer complaints received.
  • Target: 0 complaints
  • Monitoring Frequency: Monthly

 

3.Proficienly Testing (PT) Performance

  • Objective: Attain a z-score of ±2 or better for all proficiency testing (PT) samples.
  • Metric: Percentage of analyses completed within the target timeframe.
  • Target: Z-scores between -2 and +2 for 100% of PT samples.
  • Monitoring Frequency: After Each PT round

 

4.Accredition Compliance

  • Objective: Maintain full compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and pass all external audits with zero major nonconformities.
  • Metric: Number of nonconformities.
  • Target: Minor nonconformities
  • Monitoring Frequency: Annually, following audits

 

5.Measurement Accuracy

  • Objective: Ensure that all critical test measurements achieve a measurement uncertainty of less than 1%.
  • Metric: Percentage of tests with measurement uncertainty within limits.
  • Target: 100% compliance
  • Monitoring Frequency: Quarterly

 

6.Safety and Environmental Responsibility

  • Objective: Achieve zero workplace accidents or incidents and reduce chemical waste by 20%.
  • Metric: Number of workplace incidents; percentage reduction in chemical waste.
  • Target: 0 incidents; 20% reduction in waste
  • Monitoring Frequency: Monthly for incidents, quarterly for waste reduction
